Something new that I am trying to save money with is The Grocery Game. I had heard of The Grocery Game before, but my area hadn’t qualified at the time. Now it does! I have three stores on my list, but I think I am going to reduce it to 2, and maybe even 1, because 2 of the stores I don’t really go to. Teri (the owner) will be adding my area WalMart to my list very soon. That will definitely benefit me.

Anyway, The Grocery Game is a system that enables you to save money with various coupons that are matched with sales going on in stores near you. I find this VERY convenient because I am an avid coupon user (I save over $60 per month even without using The Grocery Game!).

Instead of looking through each sales ad and matching up my coupons with it, I can go right to the lists that Teri has created and print them out. This saves me so much time.

I just started, but just today I went to Rite Aid with my list, bought $43.15 worth of stuff, and only paid $23.96 for it! That’s a savings of 56%! Wow, and that was just my first time doing this!

I really believe that The Grocery Game is going to save me at least another $200 per month.

My kids love those fruit cups, and I like to buy them on sale (and when I have a coupon) for when I run out of fresh fruit, so this will be great!

You've seen those signs that businesses put up because they are renovating? Well, my blog is being renovated! Ha! I have changed templates and need to do a bunch of fixing. So, please don't be surprised if for the next few days things don't look or work right.

Here's something new I'm going to try out to help me learn to make money blogging. It's called the 30 Day Challenge and it is put on by Ed Dale and Dan Raine. Basically it is a 30 day instruction (for free!) that will help you earn money with your website. Each day, for 31 days (yeah, I know...but they thought it sounded better to say "The 30 Day Challenge" instead of "The 31 Day Challenge") you receive an email with some tips and instructions to get good page rank and things like that. I just started, so I don't know much about it yet.
